Delivery methods :
- We use standard delivery with Epacket: 8 to 20 business days.
- Express delivery with DHL: 5 to 7 working days.
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes :
- Shipping costs for Standard delivery are $9 per order.
- Shipping costs for Express delivery are $13 per order.
- Order preparation time is 1 to 3 days. Some items take more preparation time.
When ordering from Tissardi, your merchandise may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be levied when the order arrives at the delivery address. Generally these tax duties apply when you purchase multiple products. You will therefore be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
You will be asked to provide a phone number on the shipping page of the order, which is important if the carrier requires additional information to ensure successful delivery.
You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order has been placed and inform you of its shipment.
Tissardi.com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, as all shipments are handled by third parties. Tissardi.com subcontracts the carriers and, therefore, when the order is handed over to the carrier, the only information available is that which appears on the carrier's site. The tracking number to obtain this information will be assigned to your order when the package is shipped.
Tissardi.com will not be responsible for delays attributable to the recipient, such as the recipient not being available to accept delivery, providing Tissardi.com with incorrect delivery information, or being unable or unwilling to cooperate with the carrier and/or customs. When the order is in the hands of the carrier, the carrier is responsible for it.
Tissardi insures all orders against damage or theft.
